Sh. Jawwad Ur Rehman

Sh Jawwad Ur Rehman is a graduate from Darul Uloom Faisalabad under the Wifaq Ul Madariss, Pakistan

He belongs to a religious family, his parents (both) and all his siblings are Hafiz and Aalim.

Education

Sh. Jawwad completed his Quran memorization under Wifaqul Madaris in 1997 and went on to study for eight years where he received Ijaazaat in various Islamic Sciences, including Arabic, Fiqh (Jurisprudence), Hadith, Tafseer, Tajweed, and Qira’ah.

He completed his Masters in islamic studies in 2005 and has been serving Deen in the U.S. till today.

He received a bachelor degree in islamic studies before completing a Masters in Islamic Studies from Darul-Uloom, Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2003.

Sh Jawwad also holds a bachelors degree in journalism 2007.

Experience

Sh Jawwad Ur Rehman has been with the Islamic Center of Coppell since its opening Alhamdullah and serves as our full time Director of Quran and Islamic Studies..

With Allah's help and Sh.Jawwad's commitment to our community, ICC Masjid continues to serve as a center for Islamic Learning and spiritual growth.

he also serves as a Hifz instructor at The East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC).

He has been leading Taraweeh prayers since 1997.

Since 2009, Sh Jawwad has served as an Imam in The Greater Charlotte, NC and Georgia before settling in Dallas, TX area with His wife - also an Aalimah and Hafizah.
